Reservation/Cancellation Policy
We are happy to take your reservation
anytime, and up to four months in advance. Reservations require a minimum $75 non-refundable deposit at time of reservation.
Deposits are fully refundable ONLY if there is inclement weather on the day of your scheduled event.
Jumpin Jupiter reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather. Deposits can be made by Visa, Mastercard,
or Discover. Check deposits are reserved for commercial rentals only. The balance of the rental is due and payable upon delivery.
Payment Methods Final payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or
cash. Post-dated, third party, and/or temporary checks are unacceptable forms of payment. Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number,
address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the reservation. Financial information
including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Equipment Operation & Use PolicyThe inflatables require
a 20 amp circuit for operation, and are inflated with a 1hp blower. Once inflated the unit must remain plugged in while occupants
are jumping. Light rain will not affect the unit or the blower, however, the unit MUST be unplugged in instances of high wind,
heavy rain, thunder, and/or lightning to avoid risk of injury to occupants and/or damage to the equipment. Safety
Rules:
- No shoes allowed while jumping in unit
- No sharp objects, earrings, eyeglasses, chewing
gum, silly string, or food of any kind is permitted inside the unit
- No rough play or flipping is permitted
- Age
groups should not be mixed. Occupants of like ages are allowed to jump together to avoid injury by larger occupants
- Occupant
grouping should be kept to the recommended number per jumping session
- Persons with neck or back injuries, or
pregnant women are not permitted to jump for risk of injury.
